✔️ In original packaging with tags attached
✔️ Free from damage or alterations

Note: Clearance items, sale products, and certain accessories may not be eligible for return.

To start a return or exchange:

4. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please specify when contacting us. Once the original item is returned, the new item will be processed and shipped. If the desired item is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

🚫 Personal items (e.g., underwear, swimwear) for hygiene reasons

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
